By using Aktbaraty (aktbaraty.com), you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. These terms may be updated from time to time, and your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Educational Use

The platform is designed for educational and training purposes. All platform tools, including quizzes, question bank, and leaderboard, must be used for educational purposes only. The platform may not be used for any commercial or illegal purpose.

Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information (username and password).
• Registration information must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at: admin@aktbaraty.com
• The platform is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to collect data from the platform.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to platform data.
• Posting harmful, offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content.
• Creating multiple accounts or manipulating the points, badges, or leaderboard system.
• Tampering with quiz results or attempting to deceive the assessment system.
• Using the platform in any way that may disrupt or overload the platform's infrastructure.

Content Rights

• All platform content (including quizzes, questions, and designs) is protected by intellectual property rights.
• Content may not be copied, distributed, modified, or used to create derivative works without explicit written permission.
• User-generated content (such as teacher-created quizzes) remains the property of its creator, with a non-exclusive license granted to the platform for display and use.
• Teachers are responsible for the educational content they create and must ensure it does not infringe on third-party rights.

Teacher Use of Question Banks

Teachers may create their own quizzes using the platform's tools. When using the available question bank, teachers must ensure the content is appropriate for the target audience and aligned with approved curricula. The platform does not verify the accuracy or suitability of teacher-published content.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or available without interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service. These terms may be updated, and users will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notice.

Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Disputes shall first be resolved through direct negotiation, and if no resolution is reached, shall be referred to the competent Omani courts.
